• Coordination as from the purchase order, with the supplier of the goods to establish delivery or withdrawal date, dimension, weight and volume of the cargo.

• Our offices and agents book room with the ocean and air cargo companies, produce documents, handle certificates, and carry out all that is necessary for the shipment. The information produced is transmitted to the client. Once the cargo is loaded, a copy of all the shipping documents (B/L, commercial bill, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, etc) is sent to the client.

• Once the cargo arrives at destination, the documents are handed in to the client.
